Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Right to Cancel

Courtship Marin reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified and refunded in full.


Shipping Options

United States Shipping

Free Standard Shipping via USPS is available for orders over $150 within the United States.

For orders under $150, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to available destinations where shipping services are supported.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and available shipping options.

Free shipping promotions and domestic shipping offers apply to U.S. orders only and do not apply to international orders unless otherwise stated.


Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled within two (2) business days of purchase.


Delivery Time

United States Shipping

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Expedited shipping: varies by shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or circumstances outside of Courtship Marin’s control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not collected by Courtship Marin at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Courtship Marin is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing or local authorities.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Courtship Marin is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return or exchange:


Return Period

Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • With all original tags attached

Items must be returned in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Items returned without tags or original packaging may be returned to you without a refund.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@courtshipmarin.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Ship your item according to the instructions provided.

Important: Items sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping (U.S.)

Returns within the United States are charged a $5 return shipping fee.

A USPS First Class Mail return label will be provided, and the $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to ship using your own label, please contact us for the return shipping address. Returns must be shipped using a trackable service.


Return Shipping (International)

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Courtship Marin does not provide prepaid international return labels at this time.

International returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service, and customers must provide tracking information once the return has been shipped.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available.

For U.S. orders, Courtship Marin provides free outbound shipping for approved exchanges.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs, duties, taxes, or fees associated with exchange shipments.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Courtship Marin reserves the right to request photos or additional information before accepting returns for defective merchandise.

We may decline unauthorized returns or items not returned in accordance with this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other fees charged by the destination country are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and confirmed to meet return eligibility requirements.

Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact hello@courtshipmarin.com.
