You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Right to Cancel

Courtship Marin reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified and refunded in full.
Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping via USPS for orders over $150 within the United States.

For orders under $150, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled within two (2) business days of purchase.
Delivery Time

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Expedited shipping: varies by selection at checkout.
Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Courtship Marin is not responsible for lost or missing items due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return or exchange:
Return Period

Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached.

Items must be in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Items returned without tags or original packaging will be returned to you without refund.

Sale and clearance items are final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges).
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email sales@courtshipmarin.com with your order number and reason to request a Return Authorization.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label or instructions.

Ship your item according to the instructions provided.
Important: Items sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping (U.S.)

Returns are charged $5 within the United States and you will be sent a return shipping label for USPS First Class Mail. The $5 return charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to ship using your own label, please contact us for the shipping address — you must use a service with tracking.
Exchanges

Exchanges are offered with free shipping from Courtship (free outbound exchange shipping).
Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Courtship reserves the right to request photos before returns are accepted for defective merchandise.

We may decline unauthorized returns or items not returned in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same method as payment was made, less the $5 return service fee.

Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and confirmed unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing; your bank/credit card may require additional time to post.
