Refund policy

We want you to love your Courtship Marin purchase as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, you may return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without tags or original packaging will be sent back to the customer without refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Return Shipping

  • Returns within the United States are subject to a $5 return service fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is authorized, we will send you a USPS First Class prepaid return shipping label.

  • If you prefer to use your own label, contact us for the return address. You must use a shipping service with tracking.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email sales@courtshipmarin.com with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive your return label or shipping instructions.

  3. Ship your item according to the provided instructions.

Items sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We are happy to offer free outbound shipping for exchanges.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Courtship Marin reserves the right to request photos before approving returns for defective merchandise.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before returning it.


International Orders

At this time, we ship within the United States only.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the $5 return service fee.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Refunds are processed once our staff confirms the returned items are unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@courtshipmarin.com.
